Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Malaysia.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days after dispatch
    Delivery time may vary depending on courier performance or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Tracking

A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues

If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address, uncontactable phone number, or uncollected package, it may be returned to us. Additional charges will apply for reshipment.

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership transfers upon delivery confirmation by the courier. BarberCave is not responsible for lost parcels after successful delivery scan.
