We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once payment is confirmed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo or video proof at info@barbercave.co.
We will assess and, if valid, arrange for a replacement of the same item.

3. Conditions for Replacement

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

4. Exceptions

We do not accept claims arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor cosmetic variations (e.g., color tone differences).
